In addition to the four-meter tank on Kamin at a height of 60 m, visible from the foot of the rocks, another tank was cut down at the Dytynets. It consisted of two parts: the upper, square, wooden superstructure; and the lower one – a 13.97 m deep water storage tank carved out of stone. It is assumed that it was cut down in the 13th century.

To fill the tanks with water, a 30.4 m deep well was cut in the rock at the foot of Kamin. Special mechanisms lifted the water up, and there was enough water for fifty men for 200 days in the tanks.

After a great fire in the 14th century, the tank was no longer used. Then the ground shifted, many objects got inside the tank and were naturally preserved by the earth. One of the most interesting artefacts found there is a metal ring shield with the image of a bird in a circle of ornament, similar to the seals of the Galician boyars.
