Seal ring with the image of a bird
Made of bronze. Its shield features a bird right in the centre and on the edges there was a decoration in the form of a geometric ornament. Imprints of such rings were attached to the letters of honour of Yuri II Troydenovich and belonged to the boyars of the prince’s immediate entourage. The Tustan find may have belonged to a voivode who ruled the Fortress and the Tustan volost on behalf of the prince. It dates back to the 14th century.
